Skills we need more of:

• Google App Engine (Python), Django.
• Amazon EC2 running Django on Linux.
• Graphical front end design, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Mobile Development.
• NoSQL Databases, especially MongoDB, CouchDB and the Google App Engine Datastore
• Algorithms for data analysis. Background in Numerical Analysis or Scientific Computation.
• Hadoop Map/Reduce and Map/Reduce implementation on Google App Engine

If you have a solid software background and/or interested in learning them, talk to us. You should have a commitment to learning and an ability to take on hard problems. Detailed job descriptions below.

Our business model leverages the energy of fresh college grads and the experience and agility of more senior software engineers who wish to learn the latest in application development.

We work with the latest technology including: HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery / jQueryUI, and backbone.js. We're interested in extraordinary people from any background (formal education is not required), but most importantly you are:

• Intellectually and professionally nimble: able to take on a variety of independent workstreams in a leadership role.
• The ability to take ownership of a task is critical.
• A great communicator: ability to express yourself technically and ability to train others will help the entire team.
